Quality Of The 2018/19 Season’s Imported Wheat
Monitoring the quality of imported wheat is important to the entire wheat value chain, since South Africa relies on imports to supply local demand. During the period 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018, 231 samples of wheat imported for local use and representing 2 173 234 tons of wheat, were received from eleven countries and analysed by the Southern African Grain Laboratory NPC
